Opening for Country Head HR

Role/Title – Country Head/Vice President, Operations and Delivery
Location – Delhi NCR
The Country Head will drive the strategy and operations for the India entity. The individual will be responsible for recruitment delivery to all clients in the US and UK. This is a challenging role for a motivated individual.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Responsible for recruitment delivery to all clients in the US and UK - Understand client recruitment needs and work with team to deliver solutions in a timely and cost effective manner - Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates through to offer while adhering to internal process protocols- Establish quality checks and enhance company processes. Develop metrics and frameworks to track the performance of the recruitment organization. - Provide leadership and direction to the team - Provide operational leadership to the recruitment organization; including directing recruiters, support personnel for efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services - Train and develop a world class recruitment organization - Effectively manage the costs of the India Delivery Operations
QUALIFICATIONS - MBA + Engineer from a premier institute - 7+ years of experience with 3+ years managing a team - Prior experience of managing project delivery for an IT consulting company or a BPO organization - Ability to work US (East Coast) hours - Prior experience of managing a profit center (preferred)
