Salary around 12 lacs plus bonus. At least 5 years of quality exp. Primary focus is hiring and can grow into more generalist roles, however want someone who has a passion for hiring especially hiring experience in Financial services ( Corporate and SME type positions) if possible or IT sales positions or other middles level sales positions hiring experience.
