Incumbent will be responsible for manpower planning, performance management,employee relations, training and development etc.
Post-Graduate Degree in HRM from a Premiere Institute like XLRI/ TISS/ Symbiosis/ NMIMS (04 /05 Passout) with 1 - 2 years experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment, should have worked on OD (Organizational Development) function.
Experience in a similar industry (IT/ITES) is preferable.
