To support the fast growing business we need HRAccount Consultant for our MUMBAI operations.
Qualification: MBA (HR specialization) from premierbusiness school
Experience: 2-4 years post qualification experiencewith MNCs/ Leading Indian Corporates. Previous BranchHR experience will be helpful. Skill with changemanagement/ integration management, an advantage.
Preferable Industries- IT, ITES, FMCG, Banks etc.Managing an employee base of 200 - 300 employees independently
.General Purpose - Acts as the primary, trusted HRsupport to local line managers in people management &HR practices. Assists local line to achieve theirbusiness targets.
Main Responsibility Areas - Supports line managers incompetent application of Nokia People Processes.Applies HR Generalist knowledge to deliver full scopeof HR Generalist services. Implements HR action plansin line with business targets, includingimplementation of local change programmes and globalchange programs. Provides feedback to India HR team onlocal business needs and process improvement.
Environment - Performs day-to-day activities to meetdepartmental/project objectives. Requires less tomoderate supervision. Applies commonly recognisedconcepts within their field of expertise. Sharesknowledge with less experienced peers or has highcollegial interaction. Raises innovative ideas.
Scope:Individual Contributor: Variety of complex taskswithin areas of responsibility. Demonstratesinitiative & contributes to problem solving. Acts withindependence & discretion in routine matters. Makes decisions that affect own work.
Managerial/Supervisory: May act as Team Leader orProject Leader with some direct supervisoryresponsibilities in addition to own workassignments.Variety of complex tasks within area orresponsibility. Demonstrates initiative & contributesto problem solving. Acts with independence anddiscretion in routine matters. Makes decisions that affect own work.
