The Position: Designation: Recruitment Manager
Reporting to: Vice President - Human Resources
Number of Direct reportees: 2 to 3
7-9 years Hands on Recruitment experience is a must.
Mechanical Engineering background HR professionals would be an ideal fit, though not essential.Willingness to join quickly is appreciated.
Fundamental Responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager:
Manage Recruitment which support the functional area of HR and associated teams across QuEST Centers of Excellence (COE)Work as part of the HR/Recruitment team for India and focus on executing key HR/ Recruitment prioritiesProject Manage HR Recruitment Initiatives to achieve Organization Goals through collaborative working with HR Team, COE leaders and direct reportees.Key ResponsibilitiesWork as part of the HR team to deliver key HR initiatives to the business. Gain a deep understanding of the COE's including: Resource management strategy, the skills required and their workforce dynamics etc Develop QuEST India's strategic initiatives to support corporate and COE's resource management requirements.Design and manage projects which are able to be tailored and customized for the specific requirements of each COE's.
Skills:• Strong multi project management skills• Very well networked within the Industry• An understanding of Various Recruitment Strategies• An understanding of regional labor market trends and competitor organization Intelligence• Effective communication skills both oral and written• Ability to negotiate, influence and build relationships with key clients and other teams• Ability to source resumes through innovative cost effective measures.• Excellent in metrics and measurements systems based on SLA's• Budgeting, Financial Management Skills to manage within approved Budgets (US$ 110,000 per annum). knowledge of the Resource Optimization including: planning, employmenttypes, key interfaces• knowledge of the full recruitment process including: needs analysis, approval process, and sourcing and internal client management.• Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to prioritize Advanced problem solving abilities.
