Position- HR Manager
A software development organization based out of Pennsylvania in US catering to a niche sector having strong operations across the globe ranging from North America to Asia(headquartered at Beijing). The firm has mid size operations in India and are looking at expanding operations in the country both in an organicand inorganic way.They have recently taken over an IT software organization and arescaling up operations in an aggressive manner both in terms of peopleand processes.
They are looking for a HR professional with 6-8 years of experience tobe based out of Kolkata and oversee the company operations. This person will be responsible for all aspects of HR in an Integration/Mergers & Acquisitions environment at an end to end level ranging fromrecruitment, compensation, talent development/ training andimplementation of systems and processes. We are looking for a mature and seasoned HR professional who hasexperience of working in an M& A situation and has a sound understandingof IR/ Labour laws.
The ideal candidate would be a management graduate with relevant experience in the area of HR.We are looking at a person who can take up the challenge of managing the integration process successfully, helpin building a strong culture and streamline the processes of theorganization keeping the workforce motivated.
