Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on abroad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices. Provides guidance and knowledge on multiple areas of human resources, including employment, compensation, benefits, employee or labor relations, or otherservices. Influences and coaches managers to abide by standard policiesand procedures. Provides resolution to a diverse range of moderatelycomplex problems. Has broad working knowledge of HR principles, learning,theories, and concepts.
Typically requires 5 - 8 years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources/Personnel Management.
