For the HR Consulting ,they are looking for Senior Consultant ,essentially a management graduate from a good institute with 4 to 6years of experience in the area of Human Resource Management.
Prior experience in a consulting environment / Good exposure in a knowledge industry will help but is not mandatory. We are looking for anindividual with complete conceptual depth and clarity in terms of the HR and change management processes who is a good team player and a strongcommunicator.Strong HR experience and leadership ability is required . Candidates applying should also be open to fair amount of traveling.
