Designation: GM / Sr Manager - Corporate/Generalist - HR is with a Financial Service Company based in MumbaiMust be an MBA in HR (Full Time and from IIM/XLRI/TISS/Symbiosis etc) with 7-9 years post MBA experience in HR within Financial Services / IT / BPO industry, covering the entire gamut of HR activities such as Organization Developments, Policy Formulation and Implementation, Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognitions etc.
Designation: Sr Manager - Planning and Resourcing is with KPO based in MumbaiMBA in HR with 6-8 years of experience within Financial Services / IT / BPO / KPO sector and has sufficient exposure to recruitment & sourcing and will also will be responsible of corporate HR function like performance management,employee relations etc.Should have team managed skills and should be no driven.
Age Preferred: Below 38 years
