HR Opening at Mumbai

Urgent opening with a leading Telecom Solutions company in Mumbai. The details are as follows:
ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER HR & ADMIN
Role: To conceive and implement HR systems and processes consistently aligned to organisational needs. To adhere to very high quality of metrics on each of the processes owned. To bring in new ideas and create fresh venues for communication. Help create a change ready nimble organisation. To support and create most efficient administrative systems. Reporting to the VP- HR
Job Description:
§ To set-up and implement a class Training
& Development process relevant to the organisation using on the job, testing, learning and soft skills development methods.
§ To have High Performance Recruitment practices. Recruitments of junior and senior staff at least cycle time and cost effectively.
§ To support organisational structuring and salary revisions and other Compensation mechanisms.
§ To define and implement as many communication and fun platforms for the employees. § Help frontline and managers formulate a career progression and succession plan.
§ Have different OD initiatives implemented and reviewed regularly for individual, interpersonal, team and organisation levels.
§ Create a sense of urgency through mechanism for all employees.
§ Create metrics for all the relevant processes and have the standards adhered to time to time. § Proactively reduce the attrition rate by introducing different methods of retention and employee engagement.
§ Run the office administration along with a senior executive assistance. From security to building administration etc.
§ Have constant market and business intelligence required to support the organisation’s need to be a continued 'Leader' in the space.
Reporting: For all the above activities you will be supported and guided by the VP - HR & A
Job Specification: Ideally a PG in HR or Psychology with atleast 6 years of experience. Must have been in a managerial role for atleast a year. Experience in using technology and having undergone individual and group processes training advantageous.
From related industry like Media: Print, TV, Radio, and similiar companies like wireless will be given greater weightage.
