Responsible for relations with outside employment agencies and recruiters. Responsible for establishing university hiring. Should be independent, goal oriented, strong communicator and has the ability to handle recruitment pressures.
Typically has 7 - 10 years related recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources/Personnel Management.
HR Business Partner
Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.
Provides guidance and knowledge on multiple areas of human resources, including employment, compensation, benefits, employee or labor relations, or other services. Influences and coaches managers to abide by standard policies and procedures. Provides resolution to a diverse range of moderately complex problems. Has broad working knowledge of HR principles, learning, theories, and concepts. Key skills include: coaching, presentation, communication, analysis, and problem solving.
Typically requires 5 - 8 years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources/Personnel Management.
