It is a generalist HR profile.
Role responsibilities will encompass all generalist HR functions for theGeneral Insurance BusinessSome specific responsibility areas are:
* Working with senior management to define overall HR strategy forthe division.
* Recruitment to support business growth
* Talent Management
* Employee Relations and Retention
* Working with line managers to identify and resolve HumanResources issues, and determine specific HR business needs within thedivision
* Training, career development planning and implementation ofemployee development programs within the division 98-00 batchers are required, good institute not necessarily premier.
