Job Profile:
This position is responsible for developing and conducting internal company training programs which provide the acquisition of skills necessary to perform essential operating functions. Training will focus on both soft-skills, leadership and sales support training including Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Leading Successfully, and other custom designed courses as required.
The ideal profile is Graduates / MBAs with 8-10 years relevant experience as trainer in any IT organization.
