The current requirement is for the role of Project Leader.
Location : Bangalore & Chennai
The incumbent should be an MBA/postgraduate in HR, psychology or related field, with 4-7 years of experience in HR with a reputed company.
Some experience in Consulting is desirable. Sound knowledge of HR concepts will be preferred.
MBAs from a reputed institute, with 4-7 years of experience preferably a blend of experience (in general management, strategy, operations, HR, marketing, etc.), with reputed firm/s, with an interest in HR consulting will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualizing proposals and supervising team members for its preparation.
Leading Projects. Preparing project plan and monitoring project profitability
Client Delivery – Ensuring impeccable services to client in a timely, qualitative and innovative way through proper planning & utilization of resources .
Designing learning material for workshops and co facilitate sessions
Developing new content and tools and providing support for the same to practice leader Coaching & developing team members
Knowledge Management
