Role: The incumbant would be responsible for managing the HR operations along side the reporting Manager and would have independent responsibility for Payroll, Incentive planning and PMS, ESOPs. Would also be a key contributor to Comp and Ben.
Your credintials: YOu should be a 2000 to 2002 MBA passout and should have participated in Comp benchmarking studies, should have managed PMS and should have rolled out incentive plans.
Title: Manager HR - (South)
Role: The incumbant would be responsible for spearheading the entire Southern region for all HR related measuer and be a project owner for a National project.
Your Credentials: You should be a 2000 to 2002 MBA passout and should have a Generalist HR professional.
