The requirement as follows:Responsible for entire gamut of HR functions. To lead a HR team handling manpower planning, recruitments, training, HR policies, compensation and performance management, OD interventions, competency mapping, succession planning, re-designing orgn structure, HR Manual, Motivation, Grievances redressal etc.
Reporting to Global HR Head. Functional are include HR/Admin/PM/IR/Training. Compensation approximately 15 to 25 Lakhs per annum.MBA (HR) from premier institutes.
10-15 yrs experience handling medium to large scale software product development companies. Good communication and presentation skills.
