I) Manager HR: 02-03 passout.
A Generalist Hr. Will report to the Chief manager HR. Will take care of PMS, T&D,recruitments, etc.
II) Chief Manager HR: 8-10 yrs of experience, preferably from Pharmabackground. Will be Generalist Hr profile (2-3Managers reporting to him)Will report inturn to GM-HR.
