For a Globally admired ITES sector Company, we want a Manager - Recruitments / Hiring Operations (Sr. Manager), based at Hyderabad. Ref:KP/HR/GT
Desired profile : MBA from Premier B-Schools with 5 - 7 yrs of exp. or any other MBA with 8 - 10 yrs of exp. in HR, recruitment ideally in BPOs, IT Companies or other organizations with large recruitments. Team leading Experience required.
KRA's: Role would be that of a Manager - Operations responsible for all the HR processes and operations for all recruitments in Hyderabad. Would be managing a team of 20+ people.
