Qualification : MBA with specialization in HRExperience : 6 - 7 years of industry experience, with major focus on Recruitments in Pharma Sector
The candidate should have hands on experince in various HR Portfolios with should have 4 + years of experince in Recruitments.
The candidate would be required to independently handle recruitment activities of the R & D as per the requirements at all the levels.
The reporting would be to Head HR.
