Experience : Minimum 3 years
Prior experience: Experience in the field for atleast 3 years.
Knowledge area: Should be well versed with HR policies and goverment norms.
Process area: He will be in charge of the formulation of HR Policies, which would cover the following areas:
Recruitment Policy ,
Induction Programme ,
Training and Development ,
Organization Structure ,
Grades and Designation,
Code of Conduct,
Working days and working hours,
Identity Cards and Attendance Recording System,
National and Festival Holidays,
Food and Refreshments,
Provident Fund, ESI, Shops and Commercial Establishments, Any other legislations applicable in the State, Customer and Client Visits, Visitors for Employees, Visiting Cards Recreation (if required), Non Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement, Harassment, Employee Separation, Superannuation, Leave, Business Travel Policy, Local Travel Domestic Travel, Foreign Travel, Relocation / Transfer Group Insurance Coverage, Employee Loans, Mobile Phones, Income Tax Deduction, Higher Education Policy Compensation Management System, Rewards and Recognition , Career Planning and Employee Growth,Performance Management System, Employee Development Program, Grievance Handling, Employee Records (Personal Files), Service Bonds in certain cases, Contract Management System .
He will incharge of every HR and should be well versed with reducing the HR attrition.
