Profile : You would have 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment with atleast one year in the IT services space. Job Description: Would be handling all aspects of the recruitment function for a region/division within the Infrastructure Management Division, with the following as Key Result Areas: - Plan and execute every recruitment request within specified lead time norm Excellent external & internal customer orientation Clear understanding of business, domain and process requirements Effective verbal and written communication Good team skills and coordination skills with multiple customers Multi-tasking, ability to solve problems and handle pressure Location : Bangalore
