Designation: Manager - HR
Location: Hyderabad
Experience (Required): For Manager - HR -> 6 - 10 Years of relevant experience with a team size of at least 3.
Other Specifications (Required):
• Should have thorough functional understanding of various HR tools.
• Should have Generalist Stint with Business Partnering Exposure
• Preferably with ITES/IT/Bank/Financial Institution Exposure
Responsibilities:
• Manage the HR Business Partners who are dedicated resources for various business verticals for all HR interactions.
• Communicate and reinforce the Employer Value Proposition through various HR initiatives. Manage exercises like Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition Schemes etc. for all employees.
• Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization
• Address all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits
• Provide inputs on reward & recognition programs, incentive schemes etc. in order to enhance employee motivation and retention
• Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinion.
• Create forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis
