Please find the below Skillset:
a.. MBA / PG from Premier Institues.
b.. Should be preferably form a PCMM 3 or a PCMM 5 assessed company.
c.. Should have at least 3 - 5 yrs. of general HR experience.
d.. Should NOT have Recruitment or Training expertise.
e.. Managing and supervising the Human Resources processes.
f.. Maintains a Human Resources System that meets information needs.
g.. Coordinates HR activities with other departments as needed.
