Designation : Location Head HR (AGM/ Senior Manager)
Reporting To: HR Head
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:
Employee retention.Local HR team wil report to this role.
§ Facilitate/ deploy Performance Management Systems (KRA setting to consequence management).
§ Compensation (including performance linked incentives) management for the unit.
§ Ensure timely training initiatives for building up soft-skills capability of unit work-force.
§ Facilitate (through multiple initiatives) and support maintain high morale and team-work resulting in high employee satisfaction.
§ Dealing with issues of employee (in)discipline and maintaining employee relations resulting in fun filled work-place amidst high performance orientation.
Qualifications: PGDBM/ MBA(HR) (Preferably from premier B- School)
Experience : 7 to 12 yrs of experience. Previous experience in a Software, ITES/ BPO related industry is required.Attributes:
§ Hands on experience in at least two areas such as PMS, Compensation planning & management.
§ Ability to work under pressure
§ Service-first mind-set.
