Company:A well diversified group with business interests in the Consumer, Automotive and Marine industry with a turnover of over 1000 + Cr.Desired
Profile:Desired age profile being in the range of early to late thirties, with about 10 - 15 years of work experience.
Should have a high quality academic background, with a degree in management with specialization in Human resources.
Should have a global perspective and exposure to modern HR practices and techniques with a rounded experience spanning recruitment, training, OD, manpower planning, appraisals and management development, etc. and administration would have a distinct advantage.
Job Description:Should be able to conceptualize HR strategies and policies to support the start up phase of building an organization with a ramp up operational model.Would have to create a competent HR organization with high internal and international credibility.With the optimum use of potential resources, put in place an organization which provides room for growth and development of professionals.
