One of the most reputed telecom companies in India is looking for a "DGM Human Resources" at Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities
Will specifically lead several key areas:Compensation and Benefits, Performance management., HRIS, HR Metrics, Employee Communication
# This is an extremely crucial leadership role in HR. Will specifically lead several key areas:
# Compensation and Benefits - overlooking and devising strategies to adjust to Market and Industry data.
# Performance management: Owning and driving the Performance Management system in the Company.
# Designing, managing, evaluating and improving performance management systems and practices.
# Creatively and strategically devising new inputs to keep pace with career growth of employees.
# Designing and managing rewards and recognition systems, including compensation and benefit policies.
# Help set up, improvise a web-based HRIS platform.
# HR Metrics: to quantify all HR related activities in numeric terms. Drive this project and have a clear cut task and metric for each and every task of HR and measure its performance.
# Employee Communication: Augment and strengthen this already crucial area to continue alignment of employees to company policies and goals.
# Maintain relationships with HODs. Generate implemental ideas on a regular basis and drive their execution through the team. Help build and augment functional HR capabilities.
# Drive culture building and integration initiatives across the businesses.
# Initiate and promote systems that lead to creation of a work environment that supports performance.

Requirements

# The person should be a capable HR professional, with around 8-10 years of overall experience, preferably with exposure to the services sector, in the areas outlined above.
# The person should be ‘current’ and updated about HR practices.
# Must be able to deal with different personality types and in a consistently changing environment.
# She/he should be highly focused and result oriented, with high impacting and influencing skills.
# He/she must display the maturity and sensitivity to handle colleagues and other business associates and work effectively in a matrix structure, with an aptitude for multitasking.
# He/she must have high levels of intellectual capability with equally high levels of energy, motivation and aggression and be able to deal well with ambiguity. Original and creative thinker. Both ideator and implementer with a high action orientation.
# Committed to operational excellence and results.
