Deputy General Manager / Sr.Manager – IR, Establishment and Administration
Location : KolkataSkills and Experience : PG Degree/Diploma in HR preferably with a degree in Law.
Should have a total experience of around 20 years mainly in the area of Industrial Relations of which at least 5 years should be in the Sr.Management position in mid / large companies.
The Incumbent should have expertise in all labour legislations and should have good contacts/network with various labour legislative authorities at Kolkata.
Incumbent should be fluent in Bengali and should have good external contacts/network for fulfilling responsibilities as Establishment/Administration head.
The position reports to Vice President – HR.Deputy Manager / Manager – HRD
Location : Kolkata
PG Degree/Diploma in HR from institutions of repute.
Post qualification experience in the range of 8-15 years of which at least 5 years in middle management position. T
he incumbent is responsible for Recruitments (including selection and usage of psychometric tests), Personnel Policies framing, Implementation of Balenced Scorecard based Performance Appraisal System, Conducting 360 degree feedback, Competency mapping, conducting Assessment centres, OD initiatives, Human Resources Information Systems, Training and Development, Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys and action planning on feedback, Compensation management etc. The position reports to Vice President – HR.
