They are currently looking for a Manager-Talent Transformation for them.
Job Description:
· Designing and implementing high quality induction and soft skills training for new joiners and existing employees, while maintaining consistency across all locations and divisions.
· Taking briefs on organization’s business processes, with the assistance of the respective departments. · Interaction with faculty and participants.
· Responsible for quality and coverage
· Enhancing training effectiveness while reducing costs. · Creating course content and training aids.
· Measuring training costs and effectiveness, using latest tools available.
