Head Global Performance and Career Management

Years of Experience: 8-12 Years.

Location: Pune

Purpose of Position: Overall responsible and accountable for the global performance and career management process and the application.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Performance Appraisal:
Overall responsible for timely completion of the performance appraisal activity
Responsible for the data accuracy
Responsible for the process improvements
Responsible for the communication related to this process
Responsible for the performance management application
Responsible for the metrics for the process

Career Development:
Responsible for design, development and continuous improvement in the organization¡¦s career development process
Responsible for the communication related to the process
Responsible for providing the functional expertise to the organization,
Responsible for setting the future directions with respect to the process
Responsible for the analysis, metrics with respect to the process
Responsible for the career development application
Progression Planning

Other:
Responsible for the manpower working in this sub-function of GAP
Responsible for the budgeting
Contribute proactively to retention efforts
Proactively contribute to various GAP initiatives and programs
Become subject matter expert in one or more areas of Career Development/Counseling
Provide ongoing career counseling as required
Proactively contact staff to gauge morale/climate within the practice, and suggest morale building activities and programs
Support internal processes/policies
Dealing promptly and helpfully with staff issues as they arise
Identify problems before they become an issue
Conduct needs analyses, collect and analyze data, prepare recommendations and reports, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs and make modifications

Education & Certification: MBA/ MPM from reputed B-Schools.

Experience Required:
At least 10 years of experience. Of the total experience at last the last three years handling performance management, career development, training & development or organizational development functions in mid sized organizations.

Additional knowledge of assessment centers or assessment methodologies would help

Location Head-Core HR.

Years of Experience: 8-12 Years.

Location: Hyderabad.

The incumbent needs to have between 8 and 12 years of core line/generalist HR experience in good systems/process driven IT organizations.


Key Roles and responsibilities would include:

Significant independent role in supporting and managing people process issues in a large business unit (HYD).
Ensure compliance to systems and processes. Addressing employee grievances.
Manages a team of people within the BU.
Support HYD Leadership in people management and People Process initiatives for the Center.
Implement organization wide People Process systems and processes at HYD Center.


Additional Knowledge and skill requirement:

Good understanding of various HR systems and processes.
Good awareness of practices of IT industry.
Ability to work well with group, peers, Managers, Leadership, service providers.
People Management.
He/she would need to be an experienced professional who carries out operational tasks with some independence.
Must have the ability to multi-task.

Qualification: MBA/MSW/MPM from a good institute with between 8-12 years of strong post qualification experience.


Senior Line HR

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Location: Pune

The incumbent needs to have between 5 and 7 years of line/generalist HR experience in good systems/process driven IT organizations.

Key Role and responsibilities would include:

Understand and communicate key/systems policies of Kanbay across People Process functions.
Implements the People Process practices and systems in an efficient and effective manner with a BU or group of BU¡¦s.
Manages policies and associate grievances.


Additional Knowledge and skill requirement:

General understanding of various HR functions end to end, preferably in a line function.
Ability to understand business of company and connect HR issues to it.
Understanding of key issues/practices/systems of the HR function.
This role would require him to work under supervision.


Qualification: MBA/MSW/MPM from a good institute with between 5-7 years of quality post qualification experience.


HR Help Desk

Years of Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: Pune

Purpose of Position:

To attend HR help desk by adhering to the SLNs and track AR matrices. Investigates employee complaints and disputes, and recommends disciplinary action. Educates new and current employees on employee relations issues. Assists in organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Attend HR helpdesk calls; adhere to SLNs set from time to time with respect to call handling.
Resolves Help Desk problems involving HR with the help of other relevant HR members.
Making proactive calls to capture feedback on existing processes as per the need. Analyze and highlight issues/ concerns, recommend solutions, assist in implementation.
Track AR matrices.
Involved in the development, planning, and implementation of Associate relations policies and procedures.
Assist in organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Conducts continuing reviews of all personnel policies, programs and practices to keep company informed of current practices and new developments, pending and new laws and regulations.
Ensures that the company is in compliance with all legal regulations.
Educates new and current employees on Associate relations issues.
Recommend best practices & improvements in the areas of AR management and application. Involved in the development, planning, and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures.
Advises management on employment law and company policies and procedures.
Conducts Associate training sessions and guidance meetings.
Investigates employee complaints and disputes.

Education:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in business, liberal arts (psychology, sociology, etc.), industrial relations or organizational development.

Experience Required:

Usually requires 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources or employee relations

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

Good knowledge of HR/personnel practices and principles, and all applicable labor, pay, benefits, health and safety laws and regulations. Good planning, time management, communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
