An MNC currently working on a number of projects of ERP/CRM/BI projects ,is working on a number of HR related enterprise application products & services vendors.
They are based in MUMBAI,CUPERTINO,CA,USA.They are interested in hiring a lead person to support their intiative from technology & process background and who is willing to be the Transhore backbone for this exciting opportunity ahead.
Project Leader-HRMS/HRIS.
Expereince & Skills required are:
* 7-10ys experience of which at least 2-4years should be as lead.
* At least 4-5 trs of experience in IT,primarily in enterprise applications.
* The person would either have HRMS line experience and then has moved to IT or the person has 7-10 yrs of IT with a recent 2-3yrs of focus in HR related enterprise applications-implementation or support projects & has developed suffiecient understanding /liking for the HR process.
* Both types of resources should be able to demonstrate good understanding of confirguration ,life cycle & intergration of enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/BI) and the impact technology on processes.
* Academic qualifications from premier institutes and /or proven experience with excellence on the IT projects.
Location: Mumbai
Remuneration: Negotiable.
