HR Opening at Wipro,BPO

Wipro BPO is looking for HR Professionals for it's Talent Enagagement & Development team in Mumbai. The JD is given below :
Profile -- Will be responsible for the HR operations of the units (processes) he/she is handling; will be the HR Single Point of contact for those units.
Handling upto 1200 to 1600 people.
Reporting into HR Manager.
Designation -Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager
Experience-2---5 years
Responsible for : Performance Management-- developing Business specific PMS guidelines, coordinate, review and close PMs for the biz.
Employee development-- talent identification and review, potential assessment with the business heads, designing development plans.
Supervisor Effectiveness Initiatives like Skips and New Manager Assimilations (NMA’s)Policy and process implementation- communication, ensuring policy implementation by businesses, Attrition control-- trend analysis using exit data and feel of the floor, design action plans and interventions in consultation with business.
E Sat surveys-- Coordinating the same, communicating results and working out action plans based on the same.Employee bonding and awareness initiatives
HR MIS and back officeParticipation in Lean projects and GB, later based on training.
The role entails extensive interaction with Operations Leadership team as well as employees. Involves grievance handling, disciplinary procedure etc.
