The profile:
Is the owner for Managing the Performance management of the company, making the bell curve, salary comparisons, adjustments, rationalizations, normalisation and rolling out increment letter.
Would manage the Comp and Benefits, do industry benchmarking surveys of salary.
Position Comp and Ben as a Retention tool in the compnay
Design and manage the variable pay, incentives and new initiatives in Comp and Ben
Build and manage the ESOPs programme
Manage the Secondments, deputations to various countries of the companies employees
Have idea of international practices in Comp and Ben for countries like Sri Lanka and UAE (Not mandatory)
Build the entire benefits process and the programme
Build reward and recognition schemes for non sales employees
