POSITION : HR OFFICER

PROFILE: Key Responsibilities
Personnel/ Welfare responsibilities
To have a good understanding of all the personnel functions/processes and handle the day to day operations of HR Department.
General administration of the factory, garden, security Vehicle Management & canteen etc.
Be responsible for the wages/salary processing and administering for employees and contract workmen Creating & Maintaining data bases of employees
Maintain the HR Dashboard of the Unit Legal responsibilities-
To have sound knowledge of the law and ensure statutory compliance for all categories of workmen
To develop good liaison with various Govt. authorities and also god network with local HR professionals of neighboring industries
Employee relations R ole-- Be able to establish rapport and information network with opinion makes and manage the Employee relations of the unit Assisting HR Manager to resolve the employee issues proactively.
Assist the HR Manager to maintain discipline in the unit HR responsibilities
Assist UHRM in Recruiting Planning and organising various training activities as required for the employees/ and contract workmen as per the Training needs.
Assist Production and HR Manager in implementing various initiatives as per HR strategy of the unit Conduct Safety, quality and on the job training for all the existing/new workmen including contract workmen. Actively take part in designing and implementing various community development based initiatives Preferred Profile Education : Masters degree in HR / Personnel Mgt / and IR or Post Graduate Diploma Qualifications in Personnel Management/ IR.
Work Experience : 4 to 5 years experience , having worked as Personnel Officer in manufacturing set up Specific skills : Good in English / Hindi in terms of both written and oral communication. Inter personal competency and ability to effectively handle people related issues. Good in MS Office (MS word, Excel and power point)
