Opening for KM Manager/Catalyst for KM-Delivery Integration
Facilitate and interact with Delivery to bring clearer focus on innovation/IPR, collaboration/knowledge sharing, and knowledge/software reuse at a project and account level.
- 4-8 years of experience in the IT industry
- Solid experience with Project Delivery and the Software DevelopmentLifecycle
- Good communication, facilitation, and proactiveness is a must
- Working knowledge of technology is a big plus (should understandgeneral technologies and terminology and be able to communicate withTech Leads effectively etc.)
- Experience with KM is a big plus, but we can train/mentor the candidate in this regard- Minimum Bachelors degree (technical preferred),
Masters preferred. Technical bachelors + MBA best combination.
