For a Globally admired KPO / BPO sector Company, we want a Manager - Compensation & Benefits , based at -Delhi. Ref:KP/TB/MCB

Desired profile : MBA or equivalent qualification in HR/Personnel Management with 6 to 8 years significant experience of Compensation & Benefit and a career management background. Candidates from BPO / KPO / Manufacturing / IT Industries will be preferred.

KRA's: Responsible to develop, manage & maintain internal as well as industry compensation benchmarks for all the positions & skills. Effectively manage and control the compensation budget.

Package: Negotiable as per Industry norms


2. For a Globally admired KPO / BPO sector Company, we are looking for Sr. Manager - HR Operations
Desired profile : Post Graduate degree/ MBA/ Diploma in personnel management with 10-12 years significant experience. Experience in handling 1000+ manpower or 2 -3 SBUs. Personnel management/ industrial relations experience desirable. Knowledge on labour laws and key HR systems and processes. Candidates from BPO / KPO / Manufacturing / IT Industries will be preferred.
