For a MNC major, among the top 5 companies in its industry worldwide, we are on the lookout for a HR Manager to be based at Hyderabad-urgently!
The ideal candidate would be a MBA with 8-10yrs experience in the industry -
presently independently handling the HR department-handson experience in IR/personnel management in his earlier stint-familiar with the statutes of the local government-Labour, PF, ESI etc-should have been part of a startup environment-and having built systems in place.The person would be responsible for hiring and motivating the staff in Hyderabad-in the service industry-and build a team of about 300 colleagues within the next 6 months.
