Follow-up on employment matters (employment formalities,appointments, confirmations, employee database, transfers, performancetracking, exit formalities, handling grievances etc)Continuous two-way structured communication with the field andhandling employee relations. Providing support for driving development initiatives for the field.
Collaboration with training for specific interventions
