SENIOR MANAGER / CHIEF MANAGER - PERSONNEL required for a multi billion dollar German MNC for their Corporate Office in Chennai.
The details of the position are as follows :-A HR Generalist, with experience in all aspects of HR, namely Recruitment, Policy Formulation and Administration, Compensation Management, Performance Appraisal, Benefits, Legal , etc.
Experience of at least 10 - 15 years in all aspects of HR is essential.
Exposure of 1 - 2 years in Industrial Relations is preferred.
Prefer candidates from Engineering industries.Maximum Age limit 40 years.MSW ( PM & IR) / MBA (HR) Legal background will be an added advantage.
