Opening for Resource Manager

Opening for Resource Manager for a Domestic IT Recruitment / Staffing Operations to join at Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities
Will have to handle a team of recruiters and ensure that they deliver.
Will have to be a part of recruitment, sourcing, screening, negotiating process.
Must achieve recruitment targets.
Will recruit IT talent, through online job boards.
Will identify suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.
Will be responsible for candidate relationship management

Desired Profile
Should have Min 4 years of experience in an IT Consulting and Staffing business handling all aspects of recruitment.
Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in an IT Consulting.
Successful track record in technical recruitment.
Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles to the Account Management Team.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical Requirements.
Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation,presentation & team management skills.
Should have leadership qualities.
Should be able to drive and deliver with a team.
Should be able to handle multiple tasks.
Should have a desire to take initiatives and address more responsibilities.
