Urgent opening for Sr.Manager - Training with the BPO of one of the Top IT Company @ Bangalore
Exp - a.Total work exp of 9 to 10 yrs.
Must have had hands on experience in training, preferably in a customer service environment, for the major part of his career.
b.Minimum 6/7 years of experience in handling teams of 20/30 employees (preferably trainers).Qualification - Post Graduate in any stream (Regular)

Job Description:
Functional competencies:Responsible for the timely delivery of training across all levels for new hires as per the scheduled business requirement of the fiscal year.
Thorough knowledge of current industry training products and technologies.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office products.Advanced skills required in analyzing/evaluating reports and predicting trends.
Consolidates and integrates individual team plans reporting into him/her.
Manage team health and roles.Ability to adapt to change and manage it.
Working knowledge of BPI or its equivalent - Six SigmaMust have experience in a supervisory/management capacity with proven leadership and interpersonal/organizational skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent analytical and decision making skillsAbility to devise self audits (CSA) processes internally.
Demonstrated business management skills through effective planning, organization of daily work schedule and achievement of assigned targets and objectives.
Key Responsibility Areas:Achieving the monthly and quarterly goals, certification and yield rates, new product training, of revenue, and conversion.
Ensuring that the appropriate coaching and training is implemented by the team to achieve enhanced customer satisfaction and trainee product knowledge is current.
Needs to quickly understand and grasp training needs of team members.Own composite scores of new hires for 4 weeks in TQ.
Ensure that BPI methods are consolidated within the team achievements.
Map competencies of training team managers, address their training needs and provide adequate training to excel / grow in their respective job functions.
Ensure all staff has objectives and a Help the team achieve their IDP's.
Develop comprehensive career progression plan for the New Hire Training Team members.
