Designation HR Executive
Job Description Workforce Planning & Staffing based on business requirements Workforce utilization analysis & productivity enhancementinitiativesCompensation Management including administration of the SalesCommission Plan. Facilitation of the performance management & feedback processes. Identification of training needs, preparing training plans,organising trainings and evaluation of training effectiveness. Conducting in-house training as per requirements. Supervise HR MIS including Peoplesoft administration. Generation of HR MIS as per schedule. Employee counseling and grievance handling. Employee engagement & employee satisfaction initiatives. Proposing finalising & implementing HR Policies as per theorganisation's requirement.
Desired Profile A MBA/MSW with 2+ years experience in Generatlist HR role.
A Strategic Thinker with very high Result Orientation A person who takes intiative and has very good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Minimum experience 2 years Maximum experience 5 years
