We are coming up with a new plant at Jamshedpur and for the same we require an HR professional to be a part of the initial setup team.
The person shall be responsible for setting up the HR department while managing the HR activities, with special emphasis on recruitment, industrial relations, statutory compliances / registrations and administration, pertaining to a greenfield project.
The ideal candidate would be a Degree Holder with a post graduate professional qualification in HR / Law / IR / Personnel and around 10-14 years experience. Experience in establishing HR functions in greenfield projects shall be an added advantage. communication, ability to work long hours and team building skills are a few key skills that we expect.
Needless to mention, salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate.
