Candidate should be a MBA with 8-12 years of experience in entire gamut of HR with a reputed organization.
He is required in implementing HR policies across the organization.
He/She will be involved in Recruitments, Induction, Performance appraisal, Employee compensation & Benefit, Rewards and recognition, training and development, employee relations etc. Good communication skills and pleasing personality are prerequisite for the position.
