Job Description: Internal Communication Specialist Own and execute all existing internal communicationproperties for global workforce based in HO+ otheroffices in India; execute internal communication forover 1000 employees globally and domestically.Plan and execute all new internal communicationinitiatives.Author articles on HR thought leadership, consistentlydevelop a pipeline of articles and pro-actively seekinputs from HR Head/Recruitment Heads Develop Employee focused Company collaterals.Pro-actively measure success of all internalcommunicationPeriodically monitor and refresh Internalcommunication initiativeMaintain “partnership” relationships with the in-housedesign team to design high quality communication foremployees.
Qualifications: 2-3 years experiences in Internal communication preferably in the IT services company high tech orbusiness to business sector
Excellent communications skills – verbal and written Creative thinking, ability to translate creative ideasto action. Good command of English Ability to work independently, result-oriented,multi-tasking required Ability to work in a teaming environment andcollaborate with co-workers University degree/PG Dip in Marketing, Communications,Business or related subjects.
