The ideal profile is Graduates / MBAs with 8-10 years relevant experience in established IT organisations that are process/system driven. Must have worked extensively with newer concepts in HR including Competency Mapping, Performance Management, Appraisal Systems,Resource Allocation, Competetive Intelligence etc.Should have lead a team of 3-4 HR Managers/Executives.
