Multiple HR openings

Multiple requirements in HR with MNC's companies. Please find the details of the same mentioned below:

Designation: Sr Manager - Planning and Resourcing

MBA in HR with 6-8 years of experience within Financial Services / IT / BPO / KPO sector and has sufficient exposure to recruitment & sourcing
Should have managed 3-5 recruiters for atleast 2 years
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Designation: Manager - Corporate/Generalist - HR
Must be an MBA in HR (Full Time and from IIM/XLRI/TISS/Symbiosis etc) with 6-8 years post MBA experience in HR within Financial Services / IT / BPO / KPO industry, covering the entire gamut of HR activities such as Organization Developments, Policy Formulation and Implementation, Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognitions etc.,
Drive successful employee relations initiatives, recognition events, and special projects.
Should be able to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Designation: Manager - Compensation and Benefits

Educational Qualification: MBA only from a premier B-School (XLRI/ TISS/ SIBM/ ...)
Total experience: 4-5 years after post graduation
Should have at least 2years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Must be working in a leading US MNC.
Prior experience should be in designing of bonus & increment guidelines, position evaluation exercise for compensation benchmarking, fixing of salary for new recruits, worked on exit analysis to design retention strategies.
Must possess excellent communication & leadership skills
Must have a cutting edge over others
