Requirement for Staffing Specialist @ HP

Looking for Professionals with 5 to 7 years of experience in Recruitment:
Incumbent must have experience in hard core recruitment and manpower planning.
Candidate must be a MBA (HR) and should have worked with tier- I Indian or MNC IT companies.
Position: Bangalore
Education: - MBA 1999 /00 /01 (Full Time)
Job Description:Leading the Staffing activities for one or more Practices/SBUs
Complete Staffing Accountability for the Account/sInteracting with Senior Business Managers in understanding the Business requirementsFreezing the Hiring plan and execution of the sameStrategizing and fulfilling the requirementExpected to exercise independent judgment within the prescribed guidelines/policies
People management - Team leader, providing direction on team activitiesShould work on setting strong processes and implement Quality initiatives to improve the overall Recruitment process,Anchoring large recruitment events Contributing to brand building
Should ensure Customer Satisfaction with Practice Managers & external customers
Competencies:Multi- tasking, ability to solve problems and handle pressure
Clear understanding of business, skill, technology, domain and process requirementsExposure to Recruitment processes and systems
Should have handled small teams of recruiters and should be able to drive the team towards the over all Staffing Team's objectives
Plan and execute every recruitment request within specified lead time
Strategic Thinking and high result orientation
Self Starter and high on Initiative
Excellent interpersonal, Communication & Presentation skills
Education :PG degree in HR / PM preferably from a premier Institute like TISS / XLRI / IIMs / Symbiosis .
Experience:5 - 7 years of Relevant Experience in IT.
