Job profile would involve Handling Recruitment for various MNC clients , which are IT as well as Non IT . Will be handling senior level placements, head hunting and client interactions, Will be responsible for the entire account and will provide end to end solution for recruitment.
Suitable candidate should be Masters in HR with at least 2+ yrs of exp.
Not more than 30 yrs.
Candidates with prior exp in HR consultancy would be given preference.
Candidate should have necessarily handled recruitment & head hunting.
Excellent communication skills & personality is a must.
