Opening for a VP Corporate HR for a leading Life Insurance MNC.
The position would be based in Mumbai and report into the Head of HR
Key responsibilities:Responsible for evolving and implementing complete resourcing strategy for Corporate Hiring and managing the complete corporate HR portfolio
Would also be responsible for Project Management of Peoplesoft Implementation
Span of Control : 4-5 direct reportees
