Experience : 1- 3 yrs Preferable from a CONSULTING background as expertise in Finance domain( NO CONSULTANCY PLS)
Responsibilities:Thorough knowledge of Recruitment Processes in marketKnowledge and Awareness about Skill Pools/Talent PoolsExcellent Head Hunting Skills
Multitasking skills Strong and Pleasing personalityExcellent Communication and Presentation skillsExperience in Using Job Portals/other mediums of recruitmentSalary negotiation and issuing offer letters.
Handle the Induction and appointment of the candidatesEnsure a smooth induction of new recruits into the organization andconducting orientation programs.Ensuring all employees undergo the induction program defined for therespective positionsIssue appointment Letters & do correspondence with the staff on all matters relating to them.Preparation of Full and Final Settlement of Employees while leavingOrganization.Filling of all resume and keeping the company database in order.Maintaining employee recordsmaintaining individual employee files
Training of Staff,Assisting in the development & training of new recruits & the ongoingtraining of employeesAssessing training needs of the employees in consultation with the head ofthe departmentsArranging for all necessary documents required for the training program Determining the method of training to be impartedIdentifying trainers for the program (Internal/ External) Communicating the training venue, date & timing to the new recruits /employeesPreparing the training schedules & communicate the agenda to the newrecruits / employeesAttendance & Payroll ManagementHandle the Payroll Management of the entire firm.Maintaining Attendance of employees of all Branch Offices & Calculatingtheir leave Balance. Distribution of the salary of all Branch Offices.
Maintaining records of attendance, punctuality and leaves of absenceMaintaining details of compensation packageMaintaining all correspondence with respect to an individualMaintaining evaluation documents with respect to all employeesAssisting in managing employee performance, reward & recognitionCollecting all attendance sheets of employees, calculate no of attendancedays of and do basic, HRA, Conveyance, and TDS calculations.Handling the grievances of employees and solving them. Other HR InitiativesCounseling and Exit InterviewsEmployee Exit Process.Prepare employee rewards, certificates, etc
